Set your phone permanently on do not disturb
You can still allow certain people to interrupt you or wake you up by turning on «Allow Calls From Favorites»:
- Go to Settings > Focus
- Do Not Disturb
- Turn on every day from 9-9
- Allow calls from favorites or select apps
